Pre-shipment testing reduces installation risk and helps project teams receive a more consistent LED display system. Quality control should cover components, modules, cabinets, control equipment and the complete assembled screen.
Module and Cabinet Inspection
Technicians check LED modules for dead pixels, color differences, physical damage and connector condition. Cabinet assembly is reviewed for alignment, flatness, locks, handles, power supplies and receiving cards.
Aging Test
An aging test keeps the display operating through different test patterns and brightness conditions. This helps identify unstable modules, power issues or signal problems before packing. The test duration should match the order and project requirements.
Calibration and Final Review
Brightness and color calibration improve uniformity across cabinets. The complete screen is reviewed with images, video, text and color patterns. Spare modules, cables and accessories are checked against the packing list.
Protective Packing
Fixed-installation products may use export cartons or wooden cases, while movable cabinets commonly use reinforced flight cases. Labels and organized accessory packing help installers verify quantities and begin work efficiently after delivery.
